Rich Text
Format text, add lists and links, and place dynamic fields inside sentences.
Rich text
Use rich text blocks for paragraphs that need normal writing and inline fields.
Format text
Use formatting sparingly:
- Bold for emphasis or labels.
- Italic for names, titles, or light emphasis.
- Underline only when the document standard requires it.
- Subscript and superscript for formulas or official notation.
- Links when the PDF should point to an external page.
Use lists
Use numbered lists when order matters. Use bullet lists when order does not matter. Preview long lists so page breaks remain readable.
Insert fields in text
Insert a field where case information should appear inside a sentence, such as a name, date, decision, amount, or reference number.
Example:
Dear recipient name, your application dated application date has been decision.
Preview with realistic examples so the sentence still reads naturally when the fields are filled.
